Integrate MultiSplitView into PageStorage so settings can be preserved

Enhancement Request: Integrate MultiSplitView into PageStorage similar to Srollable. This would allow resizes done by a user to persist even when the page (or Tab) is closed and later reopened.

Hi @hlemcke!

I'm not sure if this would be a robust solution. I could just try to store the size/flex value. But if the controller changes and has a new combination of areas, we may have problems. It's different from Scrollable which only stores an offset.

Did you have something specific in mind?
