cleanup(cal-video-recordings): remove viewer trpc surface

What this does

• removes the legacy pages/api/trpc/calVideo entrypoint
• removes the dedicated viewer.calVideo router mount and endpoint registration
• deletes the dead calVideo viewer router handlers and schemas
