Summary
Updates the Insights dashboard documentation to reflect a label change in the Event trends chart. The first line in the chart now displays as Scheduled when the date target is "Booking time" (the default), and Created when filtering by creation date.

The "Created" legend label was misleading because the chart actually buckets bookings by their start date (not creation date) when the default date target is used. The label now adapts to match the selected date target.

bookings/insights.mdx— clarified that the first Event trends line is Scheduled by default and switches to Created when filtering by creation date; updated the upcoming bookings section to reference Scheduled instead of Created.cc @eunjae-lee
