CostumLabel produce error

Hi,

when Custom Label is in a git repository your plugin produces the following error

fatal: Path 'force-app/main/default/labels/CustomLabels.labels-meta.xml' exists on disk, but not in 'target Branch'.

Could you please have a look or give a hind how to come around this issue?

If you can provide more details to reproduce then I can look at fixing it.

In the meantime, you can ignore the metadata by using .packageIgnore (same glob patterns as .gitignore)

thanks for the quick answer.

The issue appears, when in the source branch metadata for custom label is present. E.g. in folder sfdx/main/default/labels there is the file CustomLabels.labels-meta.xml. But in the target branch it isn't. As well I created and commited a dummy file into the target branch and it fails with the same error.

And thanks for the workaround with the .packageIgnore file. This will help a lot for the moment.
