Docs: Add tag to inline editing fields and document inline editing in Edit Expenses

Update help site articles to reflect inline table editing changes from E/A#89166:
- Add tag to the list of inline-editable fields on the Spend page article
- Add inline editing tip to the Edit Expenses article
- Add inline editing keywords to Edit Expenses metadata
