Adds a help site article documenting the new Device management

+# Manage Devices
+
+You can see which devices are logged into your Expensify account and revoke access for any device you no longer recognize or trust. This is useful if you've lost a device, suspect unauthorized access, or simply want to clean up old sessions.

+## How to view and revoke device access
+
+1. Click your profile image or icon in the bottom-left corner.
+2. Click **Security**.
+3. Click **Device management**.
+4. Review the list of devices that have access to your account. Each entry shows the device name, operating system, and when it was last active.
+5. To remove a device, click **Revoke** next to it.

+The device is immediately signed out of your Expensify account. The user (or you) will need to sign in again on that device to regain access.
