+1. In the navigation tabs (on the left on web, and at the bottom on mobile), select **Account > Profile**.
+2. In the **Public** section, select **Contact methods**.
+3. Select the contact method you want to make the default.
+4. Select **Set as default**.
+5. Enter the verification code sent to your current default contact method.
