Trim whitespace-only search input to prevent empty Ask Concierge messages

Add .trim() to the textInputValue truthiness check in SearchRouter and
useSearchPageInput so whitespace-only input no longer shows search/Ask
Concierge items. Also trim the query in useAskConcierge before calling
addComment as an additional safeguard.
