chore: remove deprecated `rotate` command alias (and audit remaining command-name shims) at next minor

Context

#1252 renamed rotate → orientation, keeping rotate as a deprecated command alias. Command-level aliases are not covered by the gesture-shim retirement issues (#1216 tracks legacy gesture input shims, #1218 the duration/velocity inputs) — this issue tracks the command-name layer.

Scope

• Remove the deprecated rotate alias at the next minor, after the deprecation window defined for chore: plan removal of legacy gesture compatibility shims #1216/Remove deprecated gesture duration and rotate velocity inputs #1218 (align the windows so users migrate once).
• Audit for any other command-level aliases or renamed-command shims still routed in the registry/CLI parser, and fold them into the same removal.
• Migration note in the changelog + actionable error (rotate was renamed to orientation) for one release after removal, per the repo's fail-loud convention.
