My laptop is win 11. And the minGW is from: https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/

sorry for ignoring this, but i have no idea why this occurs! i rely on pidusage to get the usage of a process. please check the logs in the output tab (shown below), there may be more detailed error information there.
