The MARVAL implementation is being prepared for public release.
The planned release will include documented workflows for TOF-MRA preprocessing, cerebrovascular segmentation inference, post-processing, centerline extraction, imaging-derived phenotype extraction, and group-level analysis examples.
Code, model checkpoints, and deployment details are not included yet because patent-related applications and institutional review processes are currently in progress. They will be released after those processes are complete and the approved public-release scope is finalized.
