- Add `mbt-version` input (default `latest`) and use `--allow-scripts=mbt`
so mbt's install scripts run under npm 12's default-deny policy.
- Rename `version` to `cli-version` (default bumped 8.17.0 → 8.18.4);
`version` kept as a deprecated alias with a log warning.
- README documents only `cli-version` and `mbt-version`.
