Why is `theirs` strategy option used?

I'm a bit surprised to see an explicit preference set. I think this could compromise backports as the humans don't always check the cherry-pick equivalence. I think this at least warrants a warning in the README.

theirs was what made sense to me when I developed this action, however I do agree we should put it as a parameter or at least a warning in the README. Feel free to contribute.
