Code Review
This pull request adds the OopsSec Store to the Docker-based practice applications list and appends a newline to the end of the README.md. Feedback suggests linking to the GitHub repository instead of Docker Hub and adding a brief description for the new entry to maintain consistency with existing entries.

This PR adds OopsSec Store to the Docker Images section.
OopsSec Store is an open-source, intentionally vulnerable e-commerce application built with Next.js and React. It provides a realistic environment to learn and practice web application security testing, including OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, API security flaws, and modern frontend attack vectors.
