Address HPC Carpentry

Making this issue to track overall progress about addressing HPC carpentry.

We can make the following sub-issues or make a bigger PR, but the welcome one already is a separate issue. I thought about expanding the scope there and then decided it's probably more feasible to make a tracking issue with sub-issues because some will take longer.

the ones I can think of to start:

• changes to the the full episode about the carpentries
• check other mentions of lesson programs
• Add HPC Carpentry line to the Welcome section #1981
• demo lessons/episodes
• homework/recommended demo practice episodes

Thanks for setting this up @brownsarahm ! We should probably put this on hold until the restructured IT (to accommodate the 1-day option) is launched. Otherwise, we're going to end up with duplication and conflicts all over.

I'm not sure we want to wait completely on mentioning HPC carpentry? What's the timeline of the other changes? @sheraaronhurt

I can make the changes to the Learner-Centered teaching curriculum. @tobyhodges is planning to complete updates to the IT curriculum by the end of July.
