I have a soundbar 700 and a home speaker 300.
The soundbar has all the inputs I could need, but the home speaker is missing its aux input.
In the app it supports aux and the bluetooth devices you previously used.

Second this. I can access source for TV, Spotify, and Bluetooth on my devices, but Aux doesn't show up on any my 4 devices with Aux-support (2 Home Speaker 500, 2 Home Speaker 300). Would love to be able to use the swithing of source to Aux as a trigger for my automations.

Incredibly thankful for your help Cavefire; this HA integration you've set-up is truly gold, I use it daily if not hourly. Do also let me know if I can be of help somehow!

Please install 1.3.2-pre1 and check if the source is still missing.
If so, I will need more information about the source. For that, open developer settings, goto Actions and execute bose.send_custom_request with your device, /system/sources as resource (other parameters can be left as default).
Make sure to remove all personal / identifying information from the response, before posting it here.

Again, if it works with 1.3.2-pre1, no need to do this. Just let me know if it works now.

Hi again Cavefire, a million thanks for your prompt reply. I installed 1.3.2-pre1 (should be noted, Integrations->Bose did still say 1.3.1, but I'm quite sure it was updated correctly. HACS->Bose did say 1.3.2-pre1), but still no dice, no new sources showing up. Providing you bose.send_custom_request from /system/sources of one of my speakers below:

Installed the new release, but it didn't work.
Now the TV source is missing from my soundbar too.

I left a comment in #91, but with the change I suggested "TV" is is once again shown for the soundbar but "AUX" is still missing

Do you have something plugged into your AUX port?
@JoarFranzen shows AUX as "status": "AVAILABLE", while your info shows "status": "UNAVAILABLE", which filters it out.

"TV" to "AUX" has been changed.

I have a turntable plugged in (not playing anything), the bose app seems to work regardless.

If the changed worked for @JoarFranzen I will factory reset my speaker and hope for the best

Is your log from an home speaker 300 or home speaker 500?

Please try 1.3.2-pre4. I have made a special check for aux to always have it enabled, even if it is "UNAVAILABLE".

Sadly that also didn't work,
I think we just have to wait if it works for JoarFranzen (and on what devices of his) and when we no if its just my device)
