Bom trabalho este, tenho um servidor ZPS e quero adicionar bots por pedido dos players.
Os bots aparecem e até atacam, mas ficam parados, já vi sobre a malha de navegação entre outras coisas.
Pesquisando sobre, a IA do google me mostrou sobre a dll ( navbot.ext.2.zps.dll ) e fui ver realmente não estava na pasta.

Demorei pra responder, mas analisei a malha de navegação, fiz local e através do servidor, ambas foram realmente feitas verifiquei com comando e a malha aparece no chão e testei em vários mapas até os oficiais. Em anexo na tela do servidor me parece que arquivos faltam ou não vão pros lugares que tem que ficar pra ser reconhecido. Na parte marcada em verde mostra que a malha é reconhecida. Conforme eu disse os bots aparecem com o modo de comando manual, eles giram pro seu lado atiram, batem, pulam, usam objetos.
