I created a simple parametric problem here, and included it in this assignment.
When I access this assignment multiple times in the same browser, I get the same CodeCheck ID and the same realization of the problem, as expected.
However, when I access this assignment through LTI on a LMS (Moodle), I get a realization that will change if I reload the page, and, worse, the solution does not match the problem text. See the screenshot below.
