Remove dead legacy sync/psycopg2 modules
ChirpHeliumRequests.py and ChirpHeliumKeys.py were the pre-asyncio
predecessors of ChirpHeliumRequestsRpc.py and ChirpHeliumKeysRpc.py,
left over from the async migration. app.py no longer imports them
