With the new Manage databases functionality in the 4.3 releases a database or CIFs are added directly from the GUI rather than configured on the server. As such, there's no longer need for a sample csdsql database. The databases for CSP/predicted structures for CSD-Theory are still required as these still use the previous method of adding directly to the server.
