docs: refresh Views → Wiki screenshot with post-edit rendered view

The previous shot was a pre-Phase-8 capture — no Edit/Export buttons,
no lifecycle pill, and content predating the pipeline redesign.
Replaced with a live Convention page (Stage 3b resolution spec)
that was round-tripped through the new CodeMirror editor, so
anyone looking at the README now sees:

- the Edit + PDF/TEX/DOCX/HTML toolbar (Phase 8 + 10)
- lifecycle pill + heat bar (Phase 4)
- numbered section-list content authored in the inline editor

Cache-busting ?v=3 on the <img src> so GitHub's camo proxy picks up
the new file instead of serving the cached old one.
