docs: profile README draft points AI Architect to website not archived repo

ai-architect-mcp was archived; the active product surface is the
ai-architect.tools website. Updated the link so visitors land on the
live product, not a "Public archive" banner.

ai-prd reference: not in this draft (was never added). The deleted
ai-prd repo's only mentions were in research-post-context-assembly.md
+ README.md, both pointing to ai-prd-BUILDER (different repo, archived
but extant) — those links still resolve, no fix needed.
