Reminder to Accept GitHub repo invitation

• For those that have provided your GitHub username, please accept the invitation from GitHub if you have not already done so. For those of you that have not yet provided your GitHub username, please send to Melissa Tanner.
• Once you accept the GitHub invitation, access to the project (where the Kanban is available) will be granted.

EU Interchange Presentation

• Request for Team to review and provide comment by EOD Tuesday 28-APR
• Location: adds eu interchange in MD #82
• Discussion to occur during Team Meeting Thursday 30-APR
• First draft due 01-MAY
• note: once discussion complete, content will be moved from PR to a presentation in Documents

DDE Architecture Diagram Update

• @swhume to share an updated version Friday 24-APR
• 2 version to be created: 1) a version that shows the full future state goal and 2) a version that highlights the progress to date

EU Code Freeze

• Decision: Code freeze not needed for EU as the message will be that Code is WIP
• For US Interchange, we need to determine: 1) use of notebooks, 2) release planning for the demonstratable version, and 3) code freeze date

Dataset Conversion Scope

• Team updated that Lab V2 DTA to SDTM would be the focus of the work instead of the Raw to SDTM that was discussed at the last meeting
• This project scope is included as a sub-team option

Sub-Teams

• Attendees marked preferred teams
• WS leads & PM to review the spreadsheet and determine how best to organize and manage ways of working going forward
• Discussion about whether sub-team 4 Trial Design Dataset was needed. For now, the sub-team will be included but may be collapsed into another team
• Darren M to add information about Phase 1 work on Trial Design Dataset to a Discussion within the Repo

Backlog

• Sam has added additional issues that are related to the Summer Milestone
• The expectation is that sub-teams will manage their backlog issues within their sub-teams and report progress in the weekly meeting
