Update the My Forms layout and logic to match the designs. This includes a redesign of the main forms dashboard and polling logic to keep it in sync with the latest updates.

Not Done:

• "New responses" on published cards. The current architecture doesn't support this. This may be possible in the future with an update to the Notifications work.
• "Nudge" functionality will require more thought and is beyond the scope of this task.

Notes:

• added a new GA event resume_editing_form_click with formId data (GA tag also created and published). We'd like to see if anyone is clicking that "Resume editing" link
• Polling Details:
  • poll visible cards only
  • dedupe in-flight fetch
  • pause when tab hidden
  • progressive backoff
