Reproduction Steps

I open the console and type location.reload() in the console very often (about 70 times) and thus quickly increase the RAM to 5GB. (See pictures)

Expected behavior

Freeing up RAM regularly

Actual behavior

RAM is not freed

Does this problem also occur in the CEF Sample Application

Yes using WPF/OffScreen command line args
