Overview
OS: Linux Mint 22.3 (Zena)
Celluloid: 0.29 (Flatpak)
I tried opening a video file and adjusting subtitles scale through the keyboard shortcut (SHIFT + F), but the program was unresponsive. This is because Celluloid does not become the active window, even after opening a video file OR the program directly. You need to physically click on Celluloid's window for it to become active, and only then keyboard shortcuts work
This behaviour wasn't present before
Steps to reproduce
- Open a video file OR the program directly
- Attempt to use keyboard shortcuts (M = Mute, F = Fullscreen, etc.)
- If unresponsive, click on Celluloid window again
- Attempt to use keyboard shortcuts again
Actual results
Even if the program is opened directly, you need to click on the screen AGAIN for Celluloid to become the active window. Otherwise, the system treats it as an application in the background
Expected results
The program should become the active window after opening it, like any other app
Version
0.29
Install method
Flatpak
