ceph-csi-operator deployment is NOT picking up a nodeSelector

Using chart ceph-csi-operator-0.5.0

Unable to understand where is nodeselector being set for ceph-csi-controller-manager
Looks like it's getting randomly scheduled. Sometimes on sometimes on linux nodes and windows nodes and crashing.
