- removed poster session from david moreno (also removed him as a speaker, as he won't join the summit)

The yolo manifesto tries to emphasise the fact that time is the most important resource for us. "Agile" tries to solve it but there a few drawbacks, fails into over-engineering with the message of quality and it's being used by consultancy companies and they re-define agile as they matter.
Innersource has a very positive influence on prototyping and predevelopment. A company with many products in different domains can trigger cross domain solutions by internally publishing of APIs and libraries. Sharing these within the company has been enabling reuse in different Business Units leading to surprising synergies across different applications.

Clint Cain is the Solution Architect / Technical Consultant & InnerSource Lead for his team at Optum. Clint has played many roles in IT from support, to project management, to software architect/developer for over 18yrs. Clint has always been an advocate for collaboration with a quality first approach and a get it right the first time attitude. He is currently working with an internal Front-End Pattern library where he is building a community surrounding the project based on contribution and collaboration using innerSource. Clint drives the conversation on innerSource for those parts of the project and those interested as he spearheads specific technical details which influence the final product.
