Review Unidata-related links (esp. netCDF-Java)

Hi @ethanrd,

In PR #607 I cleaned up some old Unidata links.

Because I accidentally committed directly to upstream, the PR got auto-merged and closed.

Most of the link updates were straightforward, but I wasn’t sure about the one pointing to netCDF-Java. On the new Unidata site I can find pages for other software (like TDS and netCDF-C), but I couldn’t find an equivalent page for netCDF-Java.

Could you please check these Unidata-related links and confirm if we should update the netCDF-Java one (and point it somewhere else), or just drop it?

Hi @cofinoa - The Unidata web site recently transitioned to a new UCAR-wide platform and there are still some rough edges. I think this netCDF-Java Overview page might be the best page for the netCDF-Java link for now.

@lesserwhirls - Does this look good or do you have a different suggestion for a main netCDF-Java page?

I think https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf mostly contains the equivalent of what https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/ used to have, and seems to be a nod towards a language-agnostic landing page. It looks like there have been redirects put into place to have the DOI and old site netcdf-java page redirect to the new netcdf landing page.
