Resigning apps page not found

On https://ios.cfw.guide/installing-dopamine/ it says that if you run ios 16.7 or later then the app will need to be resign, but the page doesn't exist (https://ios.cfw.guide/resigning-apps)

However the redirect rules are broken (something to do with how github serves it) so that's why it doesn't work. maybe just changing that line with the actual page instead of the broken redirect is a better idea
