Wrong install instructions and docs URL

The install instructions in the README are wrong?

Since you've published this onto pypi as a new name, I assume it should be pip install flask-fs2?

The readthedocs link also goes to the URL of the old project. Perhaps that should be republished too, otherwise you won't have any way of seeing any doc updates you make?

Hi @richard5mith, yeah you're right. We need to recreate a doc / instructions for this project :) Will do when I have time
