Audit: Hanwha (71 cameras)

Part of the full data-quality audit (#28).

Scope

Re-verify all 71 Hanwha cameras in cameras/hanwha/ against official sources (hanwhavision.com product pages and datasheets).

Checklist

• Re-verify every camera against official Hanwha sources; fill missing fields (sensor, lens, video, dimensions, weight, operating temp, environment) only where confirmed
• Correct any wrong values found (resolution, IP rating, night vision, power, protocols) against official datasheets
• Identify and remove ghost models (no matching official product)
• Identify and remove duplicate regional listings (spec-identical variants of a model already in the dataset)
• Verify RTSP/ONVIF claims, especially on any battery/wire-free models
• Update sources[] on every changed/added entry
• npm run build passes, no schema violations
• Update CHANGELOG.md + README counts, bump package.json version
