[BUG] - filtering question not working properly

Short Summary

when i try to filter questions based on easy + medium difficulty and hit apply it only filter based on easy difficulty

Steps to Reproduce

go to problem section
tap on filters
select difficulty easy+ medium
hit apply
it will apply only easy filter

Expected Behavior

i expected it to filter questions with both easy and medium difficulty

Actual Behavior

the filter only selects the first selected value ex if i select easy + medium it will filter based in easy same if i press hard + medium it will filter based on hard
