sdk/node: move Testfile entry here

We had been using the Node SDK tests as integration
tests for all of Sequence. Now that we have a complete
product test suite in $CHAIN/product/test, we don't need
the Node test to run on every change. They can focus on
being really good unit tests for the SDK itself.
