Description updates to change search (#3469)

Update existing pages

### What should this PR do?
I updated a page description and a page title to see if these have any
effect on the Algolia search results.

### Why are we making this change?
Try to improve search

### What are the acceptance criteria? 
Is the page title update too awkward?
