At the moment, the settings can be seen and applied to all courses, but they cannot be changed from that page, which is counter-intuitive.
- Make settings changeable globally from there
- Hide these in an "Advanced" subsection
- Enable the setting to allow users to start conferences in groups (not available in the general plugin config)
