Adds a
CourseVoter::VIEWauthorization check on the user-supplied source course in the Course Maintenance copy endpoints (/copy/resourcesand/copy/execute), so a teacher can no longer enumerate or copy resources from a private course they do not manage. Previously only the destination course was authorized viacid.Refs GHSA-7g97-jh3w-53wh
