dltotal	Int64	total number of bytes libcurl expects to download in this transfer
dlnow	Int64	number of bytes downloaded so far
ultotal	Int64	total number of bytes libcurl expects to upload in this transfer.
ulnow	Int64	number of bytes uploaded so far

##Return Value Return True to abort the transfer.

##Remarks This event is raised in response to libcURL invoking EasyHandle.ProgressCallback.
