##Return Value Returns libcURL's best estimate for an optimum interval, in milliseconds, between calls to PerformOnce. An interval of 1 means that PerformOnce may be called immediately.

##Remarks PerformOnce must be executed one or more times with an interval between each call. This method returns libcURL's suggested interval in milliseconds.
