feat(providers): add TokenLab

Summary

• add TokenLab as a built-in OpenAI-compatible provider
• include a curated default model list spanning Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, GLM, Qwen, Kimi, and MiniMax models
• wire TokenLab into the provider menu, OpenAI-compatible checks, and models.dev provider mapping

Notes

TokenLab also exposes native Responses, Anthropic Messages, and Gemini-compatible endpoints, but this PR keeps Chatbox integration on the existing OpenAI-compatible provider path for a minimal first integration.
