Cannot receive response from dashboard for second session

It works perfectly for the first user. However, when i logout on my app and login again using different account, and open the chatwoot widget with this new credential it will not receive the live response from dashboard. I will have to refresh the page to retrieve the response. It probably similar with this issue. How can i solve this issue?

Additional info: it will work properly again if i login again with the first account and use that first credential it will work properly again and i can receive the live response from dashboard.
