Updated the TCP check overview page according to the check overview page facelift proposal.
The format is a bit different from the other check overview pages. I've gone ahead and applied the "condensed" format (i.e. don't have separate headings for minor check config options). Soon, I'll do the same for the other check overview pages so that they're consistent.
