chore: bump plugin version 0.8.0 -> 0.9.0 (#15)

Additive wiki content from the #6-#13 consolidation (14 new pages, 4 new
categories). Bumps the version field so installed users' /plugin update
detects and pulls the change (version is the update trigger for a set
version field).
