local plugin path error w/ `lazy.nvim`

is it just me or it doesn't resolve properly anymore? or maybe some kind of hard check that prevents it from working?

for now I just put the full path to $HOME and it works as expected again

had the same issue, i solved it by using this:

dev = true,
dir = os.getenv 'HOME' .. '/Development/OpenSource/kznllm.nvim',
