get/set device audio latency?

Hello.

Would it be possible to add the capability to get/set the audio latency of the Dante devices?

netaudio -n AVIOAO2-123 device config latency 2 does not work to set the latency to 2ms, and I don't see a way to get the current value from the device.

I started working on the issue, but I probably should do more testing, I do not have any hardware devices at home, so, I was only able to test with Dante VIA. I created a pull request, I am not sure if it is correct, it's my first pull request.

The correction Claude.ai does appears to fix the failure to get the latency I was observing.
