Change NagiosTV 4 titles to NagiosTV for Nagios4. Clean up the top area a bit.

Now with more Node

In this release I added the node server. It can be used to serve the NagiosTV application. We do not have the settings options to use the proxy capabilities finished, but that will be coming in a future release.
