For instance using the code for validating the receipt directly from iOS, no Post parameter appears on php. SO what should be the code, and what the php interface?

I don't actually understand what the question is, what php interface would you need if you validate on the device?

Purchases are handled in my back-office, so I need to send the receipt to it to check if it is valid with the Apple servers and in that case record the purchase by activating the purchased service.
