fix: bump Node.js to 22.12.0 for rolldown native binding compatibility

The @rolldown/binding-linux-x64-gnu package (required by Vitest 4.x) requires Node >=22.12.0. Node 22.11.0 did not satisfy this constraint, causing npm to skip the optional binding during installation. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
