As the title suggests, I spent some time updating macro64.vba (by @py7hagoras, originally here: #5) to make it a bit easier to compare with macro.vba.
This is pretty much entirely moving code around and massaging whitespace, the real work was obviously done by @py7hagoras - thank you for that!
Note: I don't know if there may have been a better way to get this amendment over to the original PR... happy to hear suggestions for the future.
