Finalize implementation of running applications from Loaded Applications tab

- Captured UIControlledApplication context in App.cs.
- Implemented RunActiveApp in AddinManagerBase for all Revit versions.
- Updated AddInManagerViewModel with execution logic and SelectedTab property.
- Enhanced UI with double-click support for applications.
- Addressed PR feedback regarding assembly unloading stability.
